I have just installed it. Do you mean is the ribbon configurable? If so the answer is yes. To the right of the sign is a drop down that has 3 options.....Autohide Ribbon, Show Tabs and Show Tabs and Commands.

Thanks, but I didn't mean that! "Simplified Ribbon" is an O365 (insiders) option that was intended to be part of Office Desktop 2021 version. As I realized (you have installed and have just those 3 options) there is not SR (they didn't add this great feature to 2021 version, instead they ruined the 2021 version by ridiculous "New Fresh Ribbon"!!!).

atinfo yes i installed works ok for activation you need convert it to VL then act via kms.

here screen i use slovak lang.

just on this retal installation you cant choose what install and what not also after you cant remove for ex. acess etc.

we need wait for ms iso

Thanks for SS (=screenshots). I don't know how you installed it (as you said it is not Official MS ISO) I suppose it is Office 2021 build 2109 (I had installed it and the ribbon is exactly the same and is not updated to the latest "Refreshed Ribbon" UI!

You can customize installation by "Office C2R Install" (just Google it, it's a safe app to make Office installation customizable).

Usually KMS activations are PIRATE copies -- Strictly against FORUM Rules !! Most companies have long phased out legitimate KMS activations for VL products -- if your's is legal - excuse the "Rant".

Nobody on these Forums will help / discuss or want any discussion for any way round activations other than legal ones such as the /slmgr command used correctly-- There's plenty of legit ways of obtaining Office products -- sorry for "Rant" but Piracy is really not tolerated here as far as Windows / 3rd party paid software is concerned.

If you need legit copy of LTSC Office 2021 you either have to get it from workplace or be an MSDN subscriber as it's available on MSDN now.

You can activate Office LTSC 2021 by:

• Key Management Service (KMS)
• Multiple Activation Key (MAK)
• Active Directory-based

If businesses are phasing out KMS are they using Active Directory-based activation instead?

I have purchased VL software for a small non-profit. Non-profits can buy Office LTSC 2021 and activate it using MAK. If we decide to get Office LTSC 2021 that is what we will do.

People keep mentioning the illegal VL copies of software like Office being sold. Don't forget that there are also MSDN retail Office keys being sold online. Technically these are just as illegal as VL ones if they are not obtained as part of a MSDN subscription.

if i open file locally, it wont start auto save....
autosave only work when we open docx files directly from cloud
