Make sure YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET

    Then do (in this order)

    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    sfc /scannow

The order is important because sfc relies on dism.
Downloaded, and installed fine here. eLPuSHeR I didn't realize that the order was important.

    I am on Version 21H2.

Edited to avoid misunderstandings - Because there were contradictory posts in this thread about the applicability of this CU to Version 21H2, I checked that KB5005565 CU was listed in my WU results before proceeding.

Because I was already on 21H2, and because there were contradictory posts in this thread about the applicability of this CU to Version 21H2, I checked that KB5005565 CU was listed in my WU results before proceeding.

I can therefore confirm both that KB5005565 CU is intended for Version 21H2 and that it installs correctly.
And there is at least one other thread confirming that it installs correctly.

Hi Try3, sorry I don't get it - is this CU bringing you to 21H2 or the enablement package? BTW, the yesterday CU 5005565 was the slowest to me as well. However, it is properly installed but still on 21H1.
    Thanks

Mea culpa. I started that thread in Windows Updates and Activation because I saw no mention in OP #1 (in this thread) of it applying to 21H2, and I am on 21H2 and had gotten 5005565 through WUpdate without doing anything extra. The differing impressions of what's happening with 5005565 are seen in the clips from members here (please forgive me for not giving attribution to each of you; there is no criticism involved in my use of any of these phrases)

"And despite DL'ing and Installing KB5005565, I am still at 21H1. (What am I missing?)
"All of my 21h2's got it via wu.
"That's why you have 21H2, then. Installing KB5005565 alone will not update anyone to 21H2.
"Anyway, the update went well on 21H2, also.
"Interesting. It's still 21H1 for me after the update.
"And this was not for 21h2 as someone has asked above.
"And why am I already on 21H2? I only installed the enablement package... Or was THIS update 21H2?
"Finished in 10½ minutes. It also works on 21H2."

I just thought another approach with 21H2 in the focus might help. I'll join the main thread the next time anything like this confusion happens. Sorry if I offended anyone. That was most certainly NOT my intention.

In order to get to 21H2, you need the enablement package cited in #1 above, or you need to go to the link a member posted above for ghacks. This 5005565 does not change your installation from 21H1 (or from anything else) to 21H2; it changes your version index to 1237, however, whatever it was before. And thus, if you were on 19043, you will stay on 19043 with 5005565 installed. Only those already on 19044 will be on 19044 after this installation.

Thanks Wisewiz. One more short question: Do I have to be Insider in order to switch to 21H2 via KB5003791 Enablement Package?

Thank you Ghot! Will try it now. As a matter of fact this has confused me:

The 1st post in this topic is about TWO things... a monthly update (KB5005565) and a Feature Update (the enablement package).
KB5005565 is the normal monthly update, and the enablement package is the 2nd Feature Update of 2021.

That is what 21H2 stands for. The Feature Update for the "second half", (H2) of 2021.

Btw, the Feature Update is VERY fast. Mine was done in approx. 3 seconds. I wasn't sure that it even did anything. I only knew it was done, because it asked me to restart the computer.
