    Just MS marketing and PR, Mike, nothing important. Nowadays, any updates you do MS slides in a blind Win 11 compatibility check. Then throws it in your face.

    Just finished downloading and installing. All ok here. Did find as did others that there where corrupt files found, and repaired by running SFC.

    which one am i suppose to have 19043.1202 (21H1) or 19044.1202 (21H2)
    i have 190043.1202 not the 19044.1202

    19043.1202 will be from Sept 14th the "current" release for 21H1 at present available to "seekers".

    If you want 19044.1202 as per the first post in this thread you need to install

    KB5003791 Enablement Package which allows you to go from 2004, 20H1, or 21H1 to 19044 (v21H2).

I do NOT want Windows 11 on my Insider Beta Channel machine. How do I keep 21H2 while getting updates for it and preventing 11 from trying to install? UPDATE: Turning off TPM does the trick. Works like garlic to ward off vampires. Don't know...
