Microsoft has released a method to install 11 on machines that do not meet their criteria for installation. Involves a registry change. Ways to install Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

Yes, it is an Additional Key that needs to be implemented.

You can either add this by creating and using a REG file, or from an Elevated CMD Pronpt.

They can always check the TPM version FIRST by typing tpm.msc in the CMD Prompt > Enter.

    Hi,
Yeah but that only states if they already have a driver for it and or if it's already active

x299 has tpm1.2 but I show no driver or it's active just look in bios so useless

x299 does have a bios update I assume to show tpp in bios whether it added tpm 2.0 or just shows it's tpm 1.2 I don't know I haven't flashed the newest bios.

    Hi,
Nope every board might have a mother board port to install a tpm chip but no every board does not have bios settings.

Microsoft shares Windows 11 TPM check bypass for unsupported PCs

If someone is desperate to install 11 on incompatible hardware in that article:
"The Windows 11 setup program will no longer check for a TPM 2.0 security processor or compatible CPUs when added.

However, you will still require a TPM 1.2 security processor, which many will not likely have. If you are missing a TPM 1.2 processor, you can bypass all TPM checks by using this script that deletes appraiser.dll during setup."

    Good luck
