Hi there
I'm installing the official iso as a WintoGO system -- so far it's booted up fine at the "Is this the right Region etc etc - on the initial setup.
I'm busy on another system currently but will post the result later -- the machine is gen 6 intel laptop (not supported CPU), and Intel built in graphics . Does have TPM though. The "W11 validity check" confirms that the machine "Can't run W11". !!!
There's something in the RUFUS WintoGO creation process that seems to "bypass" restrictions. !!
Cheers

Fedora also OK Has decent GUI install. Choose KDE rather than GNOME --easier for Windows users !!! - download KDE Live version from FEDORA SPINS - always good to test with Live distro first.
Fedora KDE Plasma Desktop
If you do install on a desk / laptop - you can install VMWare Workstation / player to create VM's or install KVM/QEMU for KVM type 1 HYPERVISOR equivalent to HYPER-V in Windows to run VM's including Windows. Install swtpm for TPM emulator and OVMF for sec boot amd UEFI VM boots.
Linux package management makes installing packages really easy these days and sorts out any "pre and co-reqs" too. For fedora to install anything it's simply "yum install <package>". The documentation is reasonably OK too. (IBM own the company now --was originally RED HAT who had CENTOS as well - a very well known commercial server used in loads of places -- so FEDORA is unlikely to "go out of business").
I'm beginning to think the whole W11 sorry saga is a bit of a mess -- W10 runs perfectly and is reasonably secure --
OK it's fun messing about with new releases but there's so much obfuscation etc going on in the W11 environment -- I'd just wait a few months unless you really want W11 - then a VM is the best way to do it.
Have fun !!!!

The experience with M$ learns ; wait (!) some time after new releases/upgrades , muuuuch too early to jump in this 11-story !
After a few weeks/months they might change a lot , compared with the actual upgrade , from 5 Oct................
Dont let them fool you , just be patient..........
Ohhh M$ will be CRAWLING BACK in about a few weeks, pointing out that older CPUs will be made compatible! Maaaaark my woooooords! (after they unloaded their hate-mail inbox!)
Yeah, f*** M$ , wont buy a new PC for a crappy, instable OS..............
