Or use DISM to convert the install.wim file to install.esd.

E.g :

dism /export-image /SourceImageFile:"X:\FullImagePath\install.wim" /SourceIndex:IndexNumber /DestinationImageFile:"C:\install.esd" /Compress:recovery /CheckIntegrity

i install now on my external drive latest iso with wintohdd program and everything works ok without any tpm or any restriction.

It is not sure yet when the restrictions will be put back in place, having been not required for the Dev/Beta programs - I would expect it to be in the next few days before the official release

Hope they release ISO immediately on Tuesday. My W10 i is getting sour since last clean install was an upgrade from W7 and same installation went thru few large PC upgrades without clean installation. Now if they offer me upgrade to 11 i'll upgrade and than do clean install, if they don't I'll grab ISO and do clean install. Laptop has no chance for W11 so it will stay on W10 until it's demise.
