It's especially true that cross chat will occur and should be expected when the thread topic concerns a Windows 11 DEV build. Once 11 is released later this year or early next and officially becomes the latest Windows version, stronger forum separation should occur automatically. But for now, 10 is young 11's parent.
My main PC in Beta Channel is downloading Windows 11 10.0.22000.100 (co_release) right now from Windows Update.

If Windows 11 is now available in the Beta Channel, that likely means there is no more developing to be done. Sad, but not surprising. 11 is in extreme need of more developmental work, IMO. There's just not enough worthwhile feature or operational difference between it and 10.
