Where is this Enablement available as a KB WU download or .cab file?

Thanks, Tim...... I saw that German site earlier, but my AV threw up on it. Might be a false positive, but still balks at it.

Hmm... sorry about that. I don't run any 3rd party av. Windows security never complained about it at all.
The link came from the Deskmodder.de website which I have found to be a safe and legit source for me.

Not trying to nuke anyone with dodgy links. Never post anything I haven't used/tried myself first.
And yes I know that's not what you mean

Oh.... not implying you did or are. I appreciate your links. Just this one won't let me thru (easily). A lot of the time AVs block based on "reputation". And that a lot of the times is ancient history or false or misleading info.

I knew you weren't....in fact I went back and edited my post to reflect that after I read it again. Cross posted.

Any idea where I might find KB5003791? Searching in the MS Update Catalog didn't produce any results.Never Mind: It just showed up as an optional update in WU. Moved me from 19043 to 19044.
Try here, I don't know the source but may be OK.

Looks like MEGA is a cloud storage site in New Zealand. I still wonder where the cab files came from. Maybe leaked from MS.
