Grabbed it via UUP since WU is still trying to serve me 21390 (which won't install as it gets stuck at 98%) and get this pop up. Guess I'm out of luck, despite my PC meeting all the requirements.

I had the same issue getting stuck at 98% for 21390..

The fix for me was to download the latest insider ISO, which was the one before 21390, forget the exact build...

I did an in place upgrade with that ISO and then was able to update in the dev channel to 21390...

Thanks. Yeah, I'm on 21387, but still run into the issue when attempting to upgrade, unfortunately.

Try rebooting and see what happens. The install does something and then install starts again, so, worth a try

Surprised there's no watermark. Most of my customizations are still intact, so I'm not looking at any ugly swirled ribbons. T-Clock Redux sadly doesn't work anymore. Open Shell works perfectly, but I can't hide or unpin Windows start yet.
