My understanding is that Insider machines on the DEV Channel won't have to comply with all new standards, at least for a while. Fortunately, my DEV Channel machine meets all the requirements and is set to go.

If you have a Video Driver from NVIDIA it may fail partially, Mine did till I got the Driver from MS.
That is dumb, the Windows Update drivers are crap, should be getting through GFE.
CPU runs 5GHZ, Haswell/Devil's Canyon supports Firmware TPM but Bios has not had option added as a ROG gaming Mobo and Asus are lazy but added to Pro/Wifi models back then

I'm running the MS supplied driver as well. When I've tried replacing it with a current driver from NVIDIA in the past, MS has just returned me to the one they want me to have. I gave up fighting them.
