That would be more MS BS (I have 4970k and no TPM but can still says on DEV):

My understanding is that Insider machines on the DEV Channel won't have to comply with all new standards, at least for a while. Fortunately, my DEV Channel machine meets all the requirements and is set to go.

Correct hence I said it was BS that your machine will not meet it in the short term if it can run them now.

IMO try moving the Beta PC to DEV now.

I get the same message on an HP DV6000 laptop built for Vista.

When they boot me no harm done.

If you have a Video Driver from NVIDIA it may fail partially, Mine did till I got the Driver from MS.

That is dumb, the Windows Update drivers are crap, should be getting through GFE.

CPU runs 5GHZ, Haswell/Devil's Canyon supports Firmware TPM but Bios has not had option added as a ROG gaming Mobo and Asus are lazy but added to Pro/Wifi models back then

I'm running the MS supplied driver as well. When I've tried replacing it with a current driver from NVIDIA in the past, MS has just returned me to the one they want me to have. I gave up fighting them.
