What do you mean by 'executable'? You can't get 'an executable' that you simply run to install Windows. You can get an .iso file with which you make a bootable USB stick. (The executable on the installation media is merely setup.exe, which needs the whole directory structure of the install media to effect an installation.)
When you download the thing from UUPDump (which is not Microsoft, BTW), you get a script with a recipe which when run then downloads the necessary files and puts them together into an iso file. You seem to be fundamentally misunderstanding how it works.
The above posted files are in a directory called "files"
You should also have the following files when you unzip the download package
If you had read the selection summary you would have been able to follow one of these to start the main download process to create the ISO file.
To start the download process use a script for your platform:
- Windows: uup_download_windows.cmd
- Linux: uup_download_linux.sh
- macOS: uup_download_macos.sh
It would be a good idea to restart again by following Kari's tut (link below). Normally after extracting the .Zip file you should find this "uup_download_windows.cmd"
Double-clicking on the latter should start the process for creating the .iso which should be mounted in order to find the .exe file.
All I am saying is that sometimes one can miss a step or do something amiss.

That wasn't my intent! My intent was that perhaps you could reflect a bit on how you thought UUPDump works, how that was incorrect, my and other's comments about it, and then be able to ask better questions. Gradually you build up a more and more detailed model of the whole installation process, and along the way learn many practical skills and terms. If you do want to try to sort it out, you'll find a lot of very helpful, very patient people here! If it's more than you want to tackle right now, that's cool too!

That's good! Hopefully specialkone will see it and it will give him the picture of what's going on...
Hey, everyone!
In the beginning of this thread, there was a statement concerning Windows 11: "Windows 11 cuts through complexity and brings you simplicity."
After looking through 30 pages of this thread, I'm not seeing anything simple about any of this. Nothing simple about having to buy new devices to install in your computer, or having to buy a new computer because the new OS won't run on the same computer you've been able to run the previous OS on. I can understand if a computer is outdated after several OSs come and go, but not from going from to Win 11 from Win 10.
