Don't give up hope. I'm in the same boat as I have an i3-7100 and it says I cannot install Windows 11. However, check out this thread over on Reddit:
CPU Compatibility: A Brief Explanation (99.99% of all CPUs should run Windows 11 ) : Windows11
The plot thickens.
The list of supported processors seems arbitrary to me. I think Microsoft is trying to get people to buy new computers.

So surprisingly enough I do have TPM 2.0 module fitted, so that's one hurdle sorted.
Alas, my CPU being iCore Gen6 is allegedly outdated... Well, we shall see!

I can understand doing away with 32 bit, it's really, really old. It's my opinion that unless Microsoft changes the hardware requirements they will have yet another failure like ME, Win 8 and Vista on their hands.
With current parts shortages and outrageous pricing people are not going to run out and buy new systems. I have no plans of replacing my Xeon workstations just to run Windows 11. I will either continue running Windows 10 or move to KDE Neon. The plasma desktop is pretty darn nice these days!
