I've been running 11for a week now and I don't see any difference. I know and understand it may have a totally new engine under the hood of an older car. It's the old sales ploy of rebranding with a new name for adverting purposes.

I can't stand her either. BUT, this is what the "announcement" by MS yesterday... made me think of.

I have only a MSI Z490 Ace mobo. Am I out in the freeze? Or is it possible to recover to Windows 11 with my system: https://www.tenforums.com/members/burgurne.html

11 reeks of scheming to get people to shell out for new computers or at least new parts. This could blow up in Microsoft's face and fail massively.

Your computer has a 7th generation Intel Core i5 processor.
According to Microsoft's supported Intel processor list, only 8th generation and newer is supported.

I thought I would share this with the Forum. Here is a list of Supported Intel Processors . . .

    > Windows 11 Supported Intel Processors

There are a few other lists on the Net but this seemed to be the most comprehensive.
