The latest Skype version 8.73 is out. You asked, we delivered!

- Bug fixes and stability improvements. We chased some bugs off the lawn with a rake, then cleaned up a bit.

- Keep on sharing: We've improved the Share extension on iOS, so you can share from other apps directly into Skype even better.

What’s fixed?
- Some of the messages were not sending and you would get a red exclamation mark
The new features are rolling out gradually over the next couple of days so if you don’t see them right away, just check again soon!

I checked and it updated to 8.74.76.15. I forgot I have the preview version.
@JGToy: I highly recommend ditching Store for Skype. It gets stuck like that often, and getting it unstuck is a whole thing.
@alkaufmann: I don't know if you've tried writing a message with that build since yesterday (when this feature magically turned up in it), but there's now a big, fat Open RichText Editor button inside the editing box. I'd love to get rid of that thing, but of course there is no way. It's a welcome feature, but those who run Skype narrowly can't really afford to lose the space. They should implement it more intelligently than that.
