Took a little longer than usual but i went thru WU, i feel like manually installing cab files goes quicker but could just be a placebo effect who knows...installed fine tho.
There was a SSU attached on this one. That adds the 0-100% blurp up front then goes on with the main CU. According to the post info page 1, you need to do the SSU before doing the .msu. That's gonna add time. IMO, best to do it WU.

I'm not bothering, don't need it. Funny, I never though of you as being an Xbox gamer
Lol, I'm not. I just like to have my system with the latest fixes. My daily driver is in the RP channel so I get some early.

All done, quick and hassle-free, like all updates should be! Probably didn't need it but I like to keep the system up-to-date

hi everyone , which version do you consider its stable for gaming?
Build 19042.870 is the latest without the gaming performance loss brought on by the recent April updates.

A workaround with current updates is to set the Windows Power Profile to 'High Performance'.

Microsoft has acknowledged this issue on the feedback hub at https://aka.ms/AAcm6u6.
