The latest update to windows 11 check program is now showing all my processors do not meet the requirements. All of them have either 6 or 8 cores and range from 2.2 to 3.8 ghz. So, no mention of anything it was showing yesterday????? Go figure
After the MS Event Broadcast, Paul Thurrott and Mary Jo Foley BOTH said that the compatability App program to check if your PC is Windows 11 ready isNOTworking correctly.
Apparently a new version is due to be released shortly.

As far as why M$ has made these seemingly arbitrary cutoff points - over on elevenforum.com Z3r010 has posted a new thread that might point everyone in the right direction with regards to why they have done so.

Quoting every post like many do get a big bloated and I only do it if I need to, it was obvious, I was referring to him as you said you neve mentioned the tool.
