Quite a many well known tech writers are referring to it as Windows 11. It is not a "Windows 10X" build. ISO is totally normal, I have now done a few virtual machine installs, one "real" physical install, and one install to a native boot VHD.
Updating from WU is exactly the same in-place upgrade install than the one using ISO. Only the upgrade delivery method is different.

Microsoft is also integrating its Xbox App into the system itself. It comes with a new modern UI and allows quicker access to Game Pass
Library.
