Has anyone tried reinstalling Windows 10 to the same drive after installing Windows 11? Just curious because I remember difficulty reinstalling W7 after installing W10 - on some machines anyway.
    What difficulty with W7-10?
Should have no difficulty if you delete partitions during first phases of installation.

    Hello @Dirk Gently,

I agree with @johngalt, but IF, or WHEN you decide to perform the conversion, this may well be useful . . .

    > How to Convert Windows 10 from Legacy BIOS to UEFI without Data Loss

This also might be interesting . . .

    > How to Convert MBR Disk to GPT Disk in Windows 10

    I hope this helps.
    Update:

    i) Used mbr2gpt.exe and successfully coverted my Drives to GPT without Data loss.
ii) Enabled TPM in BIOS (actually called 'PTT' in the ASUS BIOS and found under 'Advanced/PCH-FW'
iii) Ran the Health Checker and am now showing as compatible.

    Success!

I hadn't seen your post where you indicated that you had looked in system information for secure boot.

Open a thread for this problem, you should be able to activate it I'm sure.

No but, I still can't launch Explorer to This PC after going back to 10 from the leaked Build...

Sipping on my second ☕, it occurred to me that MS is obviously encouraging new hardware, and causing a minor frenzie (major to some) in the TPM market. All of this at a time where it is a well known fact that there is a world wide shortage of chips, of virtually all kinds. Think I'll mull that over some more on a 3rd ☕.

Play with Windows 8/10 Features options with Windows 8/10 and Windows 8/10 WHQL settings, and secure boot with on and off settings while exiting reenter bios and checking secure boot in system information under windows.

If that doesn't work look here(This is also valid for windows 10) it's probably the solution. Take a good look at all the options to activate.
And maybe you will need to do a clean install with the correct options enabled in the bios.
