You're late to the party! Windows 10 has been around for 6 years.
    yeah yeah lol...
I didn't like the look or feel of Windows 10 at first and my system's old hardware was meh..
so when I had the $ to upgrade my hardware.. the available drivers were for Windows 10 only..
so I had to move on..
but my old laptop still runs Windows 7 ULTIMATE...

    Hello @Melchior,

It is the fast paced, I want EVERYTHING NOW, world we live in.
I personally think that people will be more inclined to stay with WIN 10 for the foreseeable future.

but is still can't download , Edge and FF both quote "Network error" after less than 1GB and from Mega it's crawling at snail pace measured in few Kb/s

I think that will be due to the volume of people worldwide downloading Win 11 from wherever it is available.

I couldn't care less about the name MS is going to call it. I'm interested in the changes they are going to make to the OS. I'm also interested to know If we can do a upgrade or will we have to do a clean install. If they go subscription I'll have to think about what I want to do.
I can't even INSTALL the latest versions of W10 on one computer (with fairly capable hardware) unless I do it via VM so I'm not sure that apart from a few things that I must have Windows for whether I really care any more.

I'm not a gamer so Windows for Gaming isn't for me -- I basically only use Office (particularly EXCEL), Outlook, PHOTOSHOP, a VPN to access corporate applications like their SAP systems, and sometimes some real time Video capturing hardware which needs to run on a real PC.

For the rest Linux serves me fine -- with IOMMAX and pass thru on VM's I can get almost native performance and although some are having problems I really like the idea more and more to exposing Windows services in Kubernetes which seems to be the way a lot of I.T services are going.

So Oct 2025 is going however you look at it to be a very different "Eco system" for Windows.

5 - 6 years in I.T, application Software and hardware is like a geological age -- Will Ms even exist in present form in 5 to 6 years -- who knows - I'd hate to guess. All one can say nearly every prediction made for future technological advances have been exceeded many times over -- Sci Fi fans just read some of the early Isaac Asimov stories !!!!

    Cheers

    Not at all,

At fist, your question is complementary of @Paul Black one and Kari did not have anything bad in mind.

The larger the test pattern is, the more data collection will be high. The end result gives MS, 95% of the computer market. Who ever wants to test Windows are welcome since they began, pipeline or not.

    Same for Linux.

Their millions of enthusiasts worldwide are not only their contributors, it is the foundation their success.

Windows 10 triggers Windows Eleven new economy.

    Regards,
I'm very confused here. Why are you quoting a post I made in a totally different forum here in this one? Not, repeat for all to avoid more issues, not being argumentative. I just do not get the cross-quoting between threads/forums. What connections are you trying to make between me, Paul Black, Kari, Insiders, and W11 whatever it may be.

Download and install Microsoft Money 2005 file Money2005-UK-QFE2.exe. Confirm whether the program installs and runs.
