Just FYI that I found a solution. This link was spot on and I had the same Print to PDF and Print to XML as the issues. Did the steps outlined in here to to a tee and install continued. Crazy stuff.

Wonder when this will be for? We haven't seen anything big yet and development of 21H2 is supposed to be finalized by the end of this month.

Not the release finalized, but the development stage. Microsoft announced quite a while back that development of biannual upgraded versions would be complete by the end of December and June (for H1 and H2, respectively). Unless they have changed that, and I haven't seen anything indicating they have, 21H2 should be ready for beta after the end of this month.
