Downloaded and installing on the new test PC (Lenovo ThinkPad X380 Yoga); downloading at 99% on old test PC (ThinkPad X220 Tablet). Sigh.

[Note added 2hrs later] The X380 hung on the final reboot and never got past the BIOS/OEM flash screen. Went all the way through on a second attempt. Still waiting for the X220 Tablet to finish the post-GUI install stuff (but because the IME firmware is busted, I have to manually strike a key to restart the install process after each reboot. I've been doing other stuff...)

Seems like a fast upgrade. Everything is working for now
