I hate it when MS is prompting for a "Restart" when everything is not finished yet. The .Net Framework has finished but not KB5003214 still at 79%. I got caught in this quagmire in the past, but not this time MS.
It caught me out this time. I clicked Restart without looking too closely. The CU just continued downloading from where it had left off, so no real harm done

Glad to know there is no harm done. Right now the KB5003214 seems to be stuck at 21% on second Install. I am not worrying because I have also seen that in the past. It is as if the SSU installs first and thereafter the CU. I will be patient...
