    And you can always back it out with an uninstall. Just don't clean the LCU directory or do a DISM /resetbase.

    Did both updates pretty quickly and so far no problems, DISM & SFC were clean.

    BTW, anybody know what the latest DISM version is? I'm getting 19041.844.

    Was offered the preview KB5003214 by WUA, downloaded and installed <2 hrs with 2 restarts and no issues (DISM+SFC OK). I now have that news icon in Notification bar (weather + news).

    Hello,

    I just installed the new optional update kb5003214 on my 21h1 installation and now my task bar is totally broken after reboot:

    Anyone else have this issue? What to do? I dont use any programs or addons which alter the task bar. Everything was working fine before kb5003214 .

    Switchting taskbar to right side of monitor "fixes" the issue, back to bottom or top breaks it again even more.

    News icon is also not there btw.

    Just amazing.

    Removing the update and it works fine again. Totally can just warn to install this update!
