According to your WINVER, you are running Enterprise. That may be the reason it says not applicable. Am I missing something else?
No! … I had no such an error before that! I always use "Enterprise" version. You can check CUs I had installed manually SS above (all of them are downloaded from "Ten Forums" direct links).

I hope Microsoft release next "BIG" Windows update on June (as an stable version release not as beta or insider version) because I can't wait till October then install it and see many bugs again then revert to 20H2 ...

As I know Apple have a beta test period about 1 month not like Windows about 6 months!!!

I have 2 identically configured laptops. It installed on one but not the other.

On the one it did not install, it downloaded, said to reboot, and then nothing.

I am not going to force it. Don't break it if it's not broken? What exactly do I get with the 21H1?

Had dreadful problems updating. Crashed, stuck at 20%, stuck at 73% etc.

Tried all tricks on this forum eg stopping update, deleting softwaredistribution folder, rebooting etc.

After about 8 attempts, it finally worked but took over 20 mins. Last time I used an enablement update, it took about 6 minutes.
    Plus one.

I can't believe the new low quality-wise MS has sunk to.
