okay good.
You have the same problem as me. I just went to Microsoft®Update Catalog to see if I can download the KB with google chrome. I can't, I need microsoft edge. The problem comes from microsoft not tenforum.

Yes, inspecting that works for me too.
I also right clicked on the link in the thread, chose "save the link as ..." -> clicked "save" in the window that opens, chrome indicates "impossible to download name of the link to secure way "-> clicked" ^ "and clicked" keep ".
It must be a problem with chrome, I'll do a google search.

A download not starting - with no error messages - most likely means the file is being blocked by Google Chrome because it’s being served from an HTTP address
Google Chrome – Downloads won’t start / being blocked
You have to go to the microsoft catalog update to see the message in red in the console.
I should have thought to try a different browser as I have run in to the Chrome issue before but never pursued it further.
Chrome is blocking downloads? Here is why! - gHacks Tech News
May i know windows 10 update available on OEM version product key also?
You're not alone! I just did EXACTLY the same thing!
I was on Winver 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1083), installed KB5000736 and thought nothing had happened.
I ran Winver again and it now shows 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1083).
I always thought that the Enablement Package was just to enable the update to be downloaded.
Apparently I was wrong and in this instance, it had already downloaded and the Enablement Package....ummmmm enabled it! Double D'Oh
Oddly, it does not show it as a Feature update - this is my most recent Feature Update
However, Control Panel shows:
But look carefully at the 20H2 installation dates between Settings and Control Panel and they're different!
A fine example of miscommunication between left hand (Settings) and right hand (Control Panel)
UPDATE:
This IT tools to support Windows 10, version 21H1 - Microsoft Tech Community explains it.

Finally updated to 21H1 on its own today for me. I was kind of expecting it since the reliability history showed about a million updates over the past month.
Anyone know how long it would take for 21H1 to install on an M.2 - 2TB SSD ?
