What about going directly to Microsoft Download Center and click on "Update now":

Concerning post #24:
Good luck with using the Windows 10 Update Assistant tool if you are doing an in-place upgrade from Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
The failure rate (especially in laptops) is about 40%.

Why are you doing that vs just downloading the enablement KB MSU and installing it???
