    Does Windows still need to restart and make the "Getting windows ready" thing after it installs ?

    Some very small CUs didn't even require for me like 1-2 months ago... they also installed in 10-15 seconds.

Stuck in Loop: Windows 10 Cumulative Update 2021-01
in Windows Updates and Activation

I installed the attached update, and the "Restart Required, Status: Pending restart" prompt appears. After restarting, it comes back. Windows isn't recognizing the update. Windows build 19041.685. Thanks for ideas.
