KB5003837 CU Windows 10 Insider Preview Dev Build 21382.1000 - May 18 Insider

I am using Windows 10 Insider Preview 21376.1 (ARM64 version) under Parallels. I have upgraded a couple of times already but today, as I got a message that version 21382.1 is available, updating is ending at about 20% with this error message:
Windows 10 Insider Preview 21382.1 (co_release) - Error 0xc1900101
Am I the only one?

I get the same. I’ve tried several times/rebooted vm/restarted Parallels but still same error
