KB4601554 Cumulative Update .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Win Update

Mine is listed in 'Other Updates' as well. It was installed on my computer March 10, 2021. It was a Preview update back then.

Release date for this Update is May 11, 2021 according to the first page of this thread. Here is also a screenshot of my "Other Updates" in Update History:

Same here. Installed date 25 February 2021.

I also have .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.8 Update KB4601554 installed back on February 24, 2021 in Other Updates. That is where my confusion came into play as to why MS has a release date as of May 11, 2021 if it is the same update. Can anyone clarify that.? It is as if MS is updating the same KB.

Now I understand why MS said it is already installed. Meaning it is the same.

2021-05 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64 (KB5003254) just came from Windows Update.

This update came as a separate update (via WU) for me but all working perfectly.
