    This could be related to the latest (current) version update of Office. Saw in Office part of the forums about it, and it was before this CU was released

    Just checked for Outlook updates, did one, problem persists. My screen is slightly grey. Last email from MS Store shows this: still no display in full mode. All my other emails are just mainly grey, while they display HTML coding for 1/2 second.

    Outlook 2104 13929.20372

    NOW "back to the update", mine shows 20H2 19042.985

    Updated today! Ran SFC, found and fixed some errors. Ran SFC again and DISM no errors. Now it's wait and see if any issues pop up.

    Yes, it's office update problem not because of CU

    I got the same error in outlook after updating office, and my laptop is still in 19042.964

    Downloaded and installed 19042.985 just now. Everything running fine and smooth here. I even got the News/Interests widget too!
