I don't know how the message goes in english, but it appears after a reboot when the install process continues from 30% and has finished at 100%, before login.
It doesn't happen often but I've seen it on a couple of CUs. No idea why it happens sometimes but not others.

I only have one for start.
Unplug computer power cable or hold the power button for 5 seconds, then later press again to switch on if computer case or laptop is missing reset button.

Okay. Since I haven't seen any other reports of people's computers freezing, I'm installing it now.

Stuck on 21% for me so far.

Into post-GUI reboot on one machine, "blue screen with cursor" and no response to keyboard on another. Still troubleshooting. More to come. Worked on the third try, as soon as I could watch the whole thing and troubleshoot along the way. Weird. Sigh.

Only Microsoft knows for sure. But it's been doing that for like the last 6 months, on every monthly update.

I just updated today, now outlook (2016 and 2019, two different systems) isn't showing anything in the reading pane for both systems. Iv restarted several times. Can anyone confirm this?
Yes, happening to me. Sent myself a email, can't read it, content flashes for 1/2 second then blank.
