I installed the 2 CAB updates.
19041.1018 SSU.cab
KB 5003214.cab
KB 5001679.cab did not apply in my case.

They are extracted from the MS dump site not from other source.
All seems OK so far except I can't link my account to the new APP.

I must also mention that I am using a reduced image of Windows.
