I got an error when I tried installing the latest Defender security update on Build 21370, but it updated with no problem once I got 21376 installed.

Downloading this now. It may very well that I will be more into booting physical windows because it may be impossible to "layer" VMware WS over the"immutable" Fedora Silverblue installation I am now running. Gnomeboxex (version 40) and virt-manager (QEMU/KVM) are layelred on but VMware may try (and need) to access parts of the OS that are a no-no for Silverblue. I will need to decide whether to use VMware WS 15.5 (which still has the server but is compatible with Hyper-V) or VMware 16.1 which I was running happily on normal Fedora Rawhide. Further discussion of Silverblue is kinda off-topic even though it might be of interest to some.

Unfortunately Windows green screened with an irq less than or equal to exception just at the moment it hit 100% downloaded or when I clicked on Chrome canary (or both). I'm still stuck on 100% but canary restored its page. This kinda pisses me off, sincee I waited to hard reset until M$ got its 100% of info. Most likely this should be fixed if I do a disk cleanup but I;m not a happy camper. We will see if I can continute but I did not get a UUPdulmp ISO.
Nope. Still stuck on 100% downloaded. Forgot to mention that it took two hard resets to even get back to this point. I should be able to restart normally ...

When do we get the Game Performance issue fix caused by the April KB5001030?
I know it will be Patch Tues next week but would think it would be in a Dev build first.

I already have that FEP version and games are running far lower FPS since above KB was installed and I do not have the REG entries to edit as the temporary fix no doubt as I am on DEV builds.
Not sure what you are asking about Bios, do you mean Rebar?

April KB5001030 < is what caused many users issue in games (I have this installed).
Just checked a few games and still the lower FPS (a lot lower) since that update

Not sure if this is to do with the 'out of date icon' (that's disappeared again) but there's no update history in control panel - programs and features.
