"We’re working on a fix for an issue where after updating to this build, some devices may show a warning in the tray indicating your version of Windows 10 has reached end of service."

    Just my luck.....

Edit, a simple reboot fixes it.

Edit again, it's back after further reboots so just hidden it

30 minutes to DT. Not always that good.

This is a GOOD fix! Not everyone will care, because not everyone dual boots, but for a long time the delay for Boot Manager to show options was being set to 0, so no Boot Manager screen at all. Most of us got used to checking and correcting manually, but now it's fixed.

We fixed an issue where the dual boot delay timer was being reset to 0 after upgrading.

Change Time to Display Operating Systems at Startup in Windows 10

To backup using Macrium Reflect for dual (multi) boot. How do I backup and restore the the only one that I intended? What is the particular to be aware of?

    Thanks

You can select "make backup of partitions required for boot..."
    Windows 10 Insider Preview Dev Build 21376.1 (co_release) - May 6-image.png

Or make other appropriate selection. Easy if you name your partitions correctly
