    Gradually rolling out to the 5 or 6 production level PCs here at Chez Tittel. So far, so good.

    KB5001391 19042.964 took a bit longer than normal (1+ hour to install) with WUA (Optional update). Two main differences I noticed: Diagnostics-Performance Operational logs where both 100+ (Startup) as well as 200+ booting is recorded again (with my Home version).
    Attachment 329882
    Taskbar now displays icons (green shade) for apps that are uploading data (like a backup).
    Event 200 always there.
    But still no event 100 (101 appears).

    Event 200, 201, 202 are events were WU is trying to call home but the home address in registry is not valid.
    So instead of going nuts changing Web address in registry, I just disabled the event from journal. It's only a warning.
    Here is what I used: Paste in notepad and save file as.REG and double click to run.

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\WMI\Autologger\EventLog-System\{fcbb06bb-6a2a-46e3-abaa-246cb4e508b2}]
    "Enabled"=dword:00000000
    "EnableLevel"=dword:00000000
    "LoggerName"="EventLog-System"
    "MatchAnyKeyword"=hex(b):00,00,00,00,00,00,00,c0
    "MatchAllKeyword"=hex(b):00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00
    "EnableProperty"=dword:00000001
    "Status"=dword:00000000

    Thanks Shawn,
    I installed on a couple of machines using Windows Update and even though it was a bit slow installing, it went smoothly and works fine so far.

    Thnx for that, but I was only referring to FrankW note about boot up and shuting down info in " Diagnostics Perfomance".
    For him, event id 100 (windows up) has come back...but unfortunately not for me.

    Patch notes say that this was the update that was supposed to enable it.
