Nope! Nuthin sacred on my Insider machine.

All my important stuff is on 3 other PC's and in the Cloud.
    Hi there
That's Backup too -- !!!!! whether in the cloud, on external media or on other hardware - NAS, other PC's etc that's fine.

I suppose the problem is mainly for people who only have 1 machine and use it for these types of builds -- I'd suggest to those people look at the idea of using Virtual Machines then for these builds so you don't hose up your only machine.

These days also for a lot of people their data is probably much more valuable than the hardware !!!

Countless times even on these boards people plea desperately for help to recover "Lost digital photos" or things so I doubt if it's really true that loads don't care.

Imagine if you had a CD / Vinyl music collection ripped from say 1500 - 2000 CD's and 100's of Vinyls - most of which are not available in any decent format (usually too compressed if you use things like Spotify) - if they were even available too - and you lost the whole archive !!!

You can re-create Vinyls BTW from digital archive -- used to be hard as blanks were the difficult bit to get hold of - now relatively easy to source. !!!

    Cheers

It's a quick one. I don't like the new restart with no progress percentage.
