    It's same as "regular" one but Sip&Sketch look a bit different.

    I feel for ya. Something big, bad, and nasty got hold of it during the upgrade. I would not begin to know where to start. I wouldn't make too many changes, not at all if possible, before you try again. May have been something you did inadvertently. Get a good update, clean it up as usual, then back it up, then do your tweaking.

    Latest RTM version still has Snipping Tool in the Windows Accessories, Snip & Sketch is in the S section.
