I will definitely create a backup just in case. Since my GSOD are happening because of drivers does anyone know a script or a command that will remove extra drivers that the OS doesn't need so I can attempt to try and get to the new build successfully?

I just got another GDOD mid restore. The error is Kernel Security Check Failure.
True - but at least the BASE functionality should work !!!!!
I don't normally have problems with these sorts of builds that give a few errors - but this one definitely IMO was step too far.
No problem though - just restored previous build and will wait until the next update comes out. I don't think I'm the only one who has found this build less than satisfactory even allowing for the fact it's development software !!!.
I don't expect it to function as a "Production" quality machine -- but that would be a mega bonus if it did. !!!
Cheers

One opinion.
Think I would clean install what ever insider build you want to be on, install your backup tool, apps and data. Then take a backup and move forward with Insider program.
Like I said, one opinion.
