Are these the screens you are seeing?

Boot to Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10

Not to challenge you but if you took backup wouldn't your changes be included in the backup?

I took the backup before I started making the changes and downloading the build. I don’t see any of those screens. I see a screen titled Windows Boot Manager and it has a option at the very bottom for Windows memory diagnosis. Let me see if I can post a image.KB5003402 Windows 10 Insider Preview Dev Build 21364.1011 - April 28-image.jpg

That is one one nastiest messes I've seen after a simple build update.

Choose the second Windows 10 down and cross your fingers. Use the KB arrows and Enter.

Is it that bad? Did a OS get bricked after this happened?

There is no way of knowing by looking at that screen. If you don't want to try to recover, choose the Easus PE and restore your backup.

I clicked the second Windows 10 option and it seems to be booting up but very slowly and the wheel is lagging.

It may go into a rollback by itself, let's hope.

It might be. The disk indicator is still showing the disk usage at 100% so it probably won’t green screen yet.

Right as I posted that. It GSOD.

Noah.... with a spaghetti mess like this, being a Dev build, you're better off biting the bullet and restoring your backup.

That stopcode seems to indicate it's having trouble with your devices.

    That OS is toast. Restore.
