Going to update today. For those who had net failures do they eventually go away after retries

Big surprise!!!. First time ever have I seen "News and Interests" icon since this feature was issued. Snipping Tool and Eco Mode are also present. Download and install was all smooth and reasonably fast on my Hyper-V VM from UUPDump.

    ----update----
Only mystery is Why I am seeing a "Pending download" for the same build when it has already been installed as per screenshot above

Really in love with the generic closed folder look!!!
Judging by your previous expressed jubilation concerning the rollout of this exceedingly thoughtful feature, I must conclude your sentiment here is pure satire...

While I mostly am a huge fan of the new icons (all satire aside)--apart from the bizarre double-spaced menu/explorer options (which might suit if I had but one eye in the center of my forehead)--I am not bothered at all by the folder remaining a folder when highlighted/opened. It seems clear enough that the folder is open when it opens a corresponding window on screen, but, you know, I take your point certainly...indubitably, even... But perhaps Microsoft is putting the finishing touches on a "folder on fire" icon to graphically indicate that the folder is "open"...? Or, it could be that a "squashed folder" icon consisting of a large boulder atop a crushed but mangled folder will come into play to signal when a folder is "open"! Or maybe a folder icon shot through with an arrow?

    *snicker*

For some reason lately, some of the Dev-channel rollouts are not auto downloading & installing, all the way through to the last stage: offline disk installation. Most upgrades through WU seem to work as expected for me--but not all of them. The formula for why some builds do and some builds don't is no doubt a military secret. That's why I am only now downloading yesterday's build. Yesterday, WU update decided that I would have to be satisfied with 21359 unless and until I manually hit the "check for updates" button--at which point 21364 would reveal itself.

[klaxon horns wailing, a loud voice screaming, "Dive, Dive!"]...
....Ah, just got the signal that all is in readiness for the new-build installation...see you on the other side, Edmund! Sticky wikit!

What's the strongest synonym for despise that would pass the site auto-censor?
