Anybody get this:
... you've got a couple rows of folders on the Desktop but, when you create a new item or folder, the new one kicks a random item out of the row(s) to somewhere else on the Desktop and the new item takes it's place?
I don't have the This PC icon on any of my desktop screens by default, but I do see the Recycle Bin icon change position when a new shortcut or other icon is added.
I never manage to install this one.

Testing pipeline update completed successfully...
Does this seems to be a good thing.
But, for a pipeline testing (which does nothing) on one computer with no problems with build 21364 installed and this .1011 won't install it's interesting at least.
Have tried 4 times and it always rollback to the previous.
