Net 3.5 updates fail also on same build but I'm using W10 Pro for Workstations.

.NET still failing on Win10 Pro IP Dev with an AMD CPU, no problem on an Intel CPU.

will everyone get this .net patch?

The last time I got it was 4/14 so I assume there is another one for this insider version.

For some reason, I have never seen this .NET Framework update, let alone its failed error. Is it because I am not an official Insider and used only a VM to install these Builds from the active dev branch?

I'm the same as you Ken. Last one on the 14th and not offered this time.
