12 mins to restart, MS actually impressed me. I also appreciate that they got rid of the recommended internet settings. Anyway, what it is the point of Defender asking me to sing into onedrive, when it requires an enterprise account? I am already using onedrive, but I guess not all onedrives are created equal. As for the news, well it finally shows off, but it can not be customized or clicked on yet, so still useless.

Hello #WindowsInsiders! We have a small update for those of you updating to Build 21359: we have begun rolling out news and interests to all Insiders in the Dev Channel on this build!

If I have it on my desktop It is very well hidden.

Update: I did the .net update and decided to do a restart. I now have News and Interest.

It is working pretty good for me. I updated to it from a Beta Build build.

What, News is actually Cortana? Why did you do this MS?

EDIT: Well it seems that even though Windows complained, it signed me into onedrive.
But Edit is also gone, I have to open mspaint and open picture from there to edit it.

Going after it now. Glad that the "News & Interests" is finally a non issue even though I have never seen it in all the previous build that I have installed. Probably because I am not an official Insider...all my downloads are from UUPDump in a Hyper-V VM.

Downloaded the dump and am using WU to update VMware and QEMU/KVM VMs now. If one or both fail I will use the ISO - otherwise on the physical instance o Build 21354.
