    there seems to be newly created 21H1 insider preview ISOs with KB5001330 (build 19043.928) integrated from MS as reported here.

    perhaps Ohmer should have downloaded this new 21H1 insider ISO with build 19043.928 instead of having to create one from a UUP dump (I know for sure the ISOs made directly from MS are slightly more reliable than the ISOs made from uup dumps)

    I clicked on:

    KB5001330 Windows 10 Insider Beta 19043.928 21H1 and RP 19042.928 20H2-2021-04-22_12h28_53.png

    and got:
