The update kb:5001330 seems to be critically broken for me, and a large number of my customers. For some reason this update changes the way that Enhanced Metafiles (.emf) vector images are rendered. After installing this update, .emf files that are drawn with the .NET graphics.DrawImage() method, or viewed with Microsoft Paint (and some other programs) have all lines drawn at a 1 pixel width, regardless of their actual given width, including lines of 0 width that should not be drawn. This of course completely ruins these vector graphics. Uninstalling this update fixes this issue.
Importing a .emf graphic into MS Word with this update still renders successfully, however.

Ouch. You can of course hide (block) the update, begging the question of what happens with the next one.. then there's the Feedback Hub app in the hope someone might take note..

Yes, I've tried the Feedback Hub, and various MS support channels, that all eventually just pointed me back to the Feedback Hub again... Is that just a black hole? Fingers crossed that someone might see it...
I don't have any trouble reverting the update, but most of my customers will have no idea how to do that, so it's a huge disaster for me.

Not a Black Hole, but a very dark gray one, and deep. If you submit Feedback (w/pic examples is good, they like pics), post back here the Feedback Link so we can upvote and draw some more attention for you.

We are specifically talking about the "App history" tab, NOT "Processes" tab which your picture is on.

It hasn't been possible to upvote reported problems in the Feedback Hub for years; only suggested features can be upvoted.

That's right. I forgot. But I thought they recently changed it to allow adding comment to an existing one, which registered as Upvote, or "me too" or something like it.

Wow! You're right, thanks. I wasn't aware of the ability to add comments to problem reports.

Changes to the Feedback Hub, although quite rare, never seem to get any publicity from MS.

And there's no mention of comments at Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app

It's not quite the same, but better than nothing. Just a click to upvote didn't tell them much. This way at least the user has to say something.
