    The release notes have now been issued

    Added a few minutes later - the page is no longer accessible. perhaps they have been withdrawn. They are now accessible again. perhaps I just had an internet glitch for a few minutes.

    The SSU is still the January one - KB4598481

    KB459481 is the last standalone SSU and can be used if the LCU that includes the new SSU gets an error.

    The newest SSU is included in the LCU and there is no standalone version available.



    Microsoft now combines the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system with the latest cumulative update (LCU). If you encounter the error, 0x800f0823 – CBS_E_NEW_SERVICING_STACK_REQUIRED, close the error message and install the last standalone SSU (KB4598481) before installing this LCU. You will not need to install this SSU (KB4598481) again for future updates.
