In an elevated PowerShell run Get-Hotfix. It should be the latest Security Update.

I found the KB number for the SSU in the MS info page for this CU
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...f-d67fec538490

It is KB4598481 {issued in January} so no new one is required before installing this CU.
