Well using several different ways to determine if a program is running as 32-bit or 64-bit, my OneDrive is DEFINITELY running 64-bit, despite what the About box says. Weird.

Do we all have the same numerical version? regardless of the bits.
My desktop is running the Insider Build 21354.co and I followed you advice to exit OneDrive first. Upgraded to the 64-bit version without any problem.

I have it on a single machine and English and still it is not very clear what you end up with after install but end up I am on 64bit.

My crashes I mentioned before were due to the new Win 10 DEV and Intel Bluetooth (currently disabled it).

Yes the 64-bit installer will put the 64-bit version on, but some users are not seeing it in the About box. Task Manager is never wrong!

Yes, it confirms that only EN-US will see the 64-bit in the About box, even if non-US are running the 64-bit versions.

in my 21H1.899 64 bit W10 OS, I completely removed the earlier installed (32 bit) OneDrive & then reboot & then download the latest Onedrive v21.62.328.1 from this link & installed it, but even after that, am not seeing the 64-bit version mentioned in the about section in my case

Like MSFT mentioned in their blog post via this snapshot i.e. this

    https://support.content.office.net/e...30f685e982.png

Moreover, interestingly, when I checked the Task Manager running process platform, it listed the OneDrive process as 64 bit, I don't know what is happening

It seems many are facing such issues, a few only getting the 64-bit visual confirmation in the about section.

If you're not running the EN-US version of Windows you won't see the 64-bit About box, this has been confirmed by Microsoft. If it's 64-bit in Task Manager then you're running 64-bit version
