This is the Program Files (x86)/Microsoft OneDrive folder as it is now:

    Attachment 326509

And this is from a Macrium image of my C: drive BEFORE installing the 64-bit version:

    Attachment 326510

I seem to have none of that since my OneDrive is all in my Appdata.

I installed the 64bit preview with no dramas. As already noted the install is slightly eccentric as it does its thing quickly then doesn't say it has finished.
Glad to hear that! Does your About show 64 bit like mine?

Yes I've found them in there now, my OneDrive.exe is the same file size as yours, 2053KB. The one in (x86) folder from this morning is smaller, 1896KB. I actually think the 64-bit version is installed. When I first ran it earlier, I had to uninstall the 32-bit version for the installation to continue.

No sync icons, and Files on Demand is already unchecked.

They go missing at times for me here:

Thanks. Wish I knew why the others can't get the 64-bit.
