Starting with the Microsoft Edge Beta, Dev, and Canary channels, you can now resize the vertical tabs pane. Microsoft Edge will open the vertical tabs pane the same size as it was when last closed or turned off.
If vertical tabs is pinned, you will have the vertical tabs pane always show the size you set.
If vertical tabs is unpinned, the vertical tabs pane will stay collapsed by default and automatically expand open to the size you set whenever you hover the pointer over the collapsed vertical tabs pane.
